It may come as a surprise to you that I do not have a PhD, or even an MA, but if there’s one thing I know it’s that you don’t go putting yourself within a country-mile vicinity of a grizzly bear.
First off, cause it’s a bear. Secondly, it’s a grizzly bear. Grizzly. Yogi bear could tear your bollocks clean off. Grizzly bears are a different story altogether.
Todd Orr discovered this the hard way. I say that, like there exists an easy way. Anyway with a grizzly bear is a bad way.

Orr lives in the southwest of Montana and, while trying to approach some cubs recently, felt the brutal backhand of mother grizzly revenge.
Without warning, the mother began to haul ass at him from 80 yards away. Orr, armed only with a precious bear spray for protection, was attacked on his face and left arm, leaving some pretty nasty wounds. The mother eventually fled the scene the second the bear spray kicked in. Coming around as he waited for help to arrive, Orr made a short video detailing the event.
